Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation at our Lenoir City lamination department location. This is a new position, to meet the requirements of our new ERP and inventory planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organizational processes, ensuring timely communication, and providing assistance to team members.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
Data Management:
Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
Compile and distribute reports as needed. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Order and maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
Team Collaboration:
Provide clerical support to various departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations. Act as support in maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely production operations.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or office assistant role.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or other ERP system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attributes: Professional demeanor, punctual, and reliable.
Strong ability to be firm and maintain boundaries outlined by management.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and move around the office for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of supplies or packages (up to 20 lbs).

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
