PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in every job completed.
- Customer Account Management: Process customer requests for charge accounts and review monthly statements.
- Customer Interaction: Answer and assist incoming customer calls related to accounts.
- Collections: Maintain past due account lists and contact customers monthly to collect payments.
- Documentation: Create past due letters and submit accounts to collections as needed.
- Reporting: Create and distribute weekly COD reports to all department managers and Directors.
- Support: Assist with various accounting duties related to unit sales, including posting payments, processing flooring payments, reconciling statements, and more.
- Payment Processing: Learn and provide backup for processing customer payments and applying them to accounts.
- Professionalism: Project a professional image at all times.
- Administrative Support: Utilize commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within receptionist/admin support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accounting Associates Degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or in related area.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Office, Word
- Mathematical or Accounting aptitude.
