The Commercial Association Manager oversees a portfolio of Commercial Property Owner Association accounts in an assigned portfolio, to ensure the business is executed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with Association governing documents, Board policies and procedures, and any other applicable regulations. A successful Manager is a self-accountable, well-organized, ethical, professional, proactive person who takes pride in the appearance of the property and enjoys building relationships with boards of directors, owners, and tenants. The Manager creates a strong client relationship and is responsible for understanding and meeting client expectations. Managers remain service-oriented, manage and execute daily tasks in a prompt manner, and are accessible and accountable.
