About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Care Applications Specialist to join our team in Paramus, NJ.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all formulation and analytical activities to support the Personal Care applications of Gattefossé ingredients. This includes coordinating the team's efforts according to the main objectives of the lab: customer technical support, formulation development, and training & education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin care, with expertise in hair care, make-up and toiletries being a plus. A supervisory experience in a laboratory environment managing people and budgets is also essential.
