Your Role:
As a valued member of our installation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Expert Installation: Installing gutter guards on residential and commercial properties using hand and power tools with precision, while adhering to project blueprints and comprehensive installation guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and consistently achieve high-quality results on every project.
- Safety & Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all job sites, while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Construction Skills: Applying fundamental construction skills to ensure the precision and efficiency of all installations.
- Client Interaction: Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients and team members throughout the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience is advantageous, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires. Prior construction experience will be beneficial.
- Skills:
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina and the capacity to work at elevated heights.
- Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to reach assigned job sites.
- Tools: Applicants must possess the tools listed in the "Required Tools" section below.
