Your Role:
As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our gutter guard projects. Key duties include:
- Expert Installation: Install gutter guards for both residential and commercial properties, using hand and power tools. Follow blueprints and installation guidelines with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow and deliver high-quality results on every project.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized worksite, ensuring safety protocols and company standards are always followed.
- Construction Skills: Utilize construction skills to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of installations.
- Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients and team members, addressing questions and concerns as they arise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: While prior experience is helpful, no direct experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training. Prior construction experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical Requirements: Good physical stamina, ability to work at heights, and a strong work ethic.
- Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
- Tools: Applicants must provide their own tools (listed below).

- Power Tools: Cordless Angle Grinder
- Measuring & Cutting Tools: Pencil/Black Sharpie, 6" Steel Snips, 50-Gal Trash Bags, 4.5" Metal Cutting Disc, Straight Steel Aviation Snips
- Ladders: 26' Adjustable Ladder, 32' Extension Ladder
- Other: Universal Ladder Stabilizer, 5-Gallon Bucket, Terry Towels, Water-Resistant Gloves
