Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and follow-up costumer’s calls.
- Logistic tasks and overseeing office services such as deliveries, documentations, mail, parking, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Working with the Sales and Finance department to:
- Create proforma invoices for customers according to payment terms and the order’s progress.
- Following payment receive.
- Recording payments in Salesforce and coordinating with Finance to approve the SAP order
- Issuing invoices from SAP.
- Responsible for the Aging report and collection.
- Responsible for the bank and credit cards reconciliation reports.
- Finance oriented
- QBs, SAP, and Salesforce background – will be a preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experienced working on a collaborative distributed / Global team
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and work well under pressure
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask
- Customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility within the daily tasks
- Organized with strong attention to details
- Open to learning new technologies
- A "can do" attitude
