A/V Account Manager


GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Lone Tree, CO looking to add a A/V Account Manager to their team. The role is a full-time position.

Responsibilities :
  • Identify and target potential clients in commercial and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored AV solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-ups.
  • Present and demonstrate AV technology solutions to clients.
  • Develop proposals and quotes based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Qualifications :
  • 3-5 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in AV, technology integration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of AV systems, smart home automation, conferencing solutions, and related technology is a plus.
  • Strong ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Experience using CRM software to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively pursue new business.
  • Ability to handle objections and find creative solutions for clients.
  • Works well with technical teams, project managers, and vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
