What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailing and Housekeeping Associate position at Gavins Point Recreational Center?

The Housekeeper/RV Detailer is responsible for the following:
-Sweeps vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
-Dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
-Washes the exterior of the unit.
-Occasionally polishes and buffs the outside TV
-Cleans the roof and top of all slides
-Vacuums and cleans all dust vents, cabinets, and interior nooks and crannies
-Washes and replaces blinds. Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
-Removes stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
-May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
-May also change trash throughout the facilities and picks up debris both inside and outside as needed.
The hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Saturday, up to 40 hours per week, occasional overtime. Will also accommodate part-time work. Saturday shifts may be rotating. Requirements:
Successful RV Detailers / Housekeepers will find job satisfaction if you enjoy minor cleaning and have a high attention to detail, must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently. Must take pride in one-s works. This position works both outside and in the shop, so the applicant must be comfortable working in the outdoors. This is considered a manual labor position, and the applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
