Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key payor clients (insurance companies, healthcare providers, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and cross-sell services/products to maximize client spend.
- Develop account strategies, forecasts, and revenue plans to meet organizational goals.
- Gross Margin (GM) Optimization:
- Analyze financial performance, focusing on optimizing the gross margin for the client portfolio.
- Work with operational and finance teams to ensure that projects and engagements are delivered within the desired margin levels.
- Identify cost efficiencies and work with clients to achieve mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining profitability.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute client-specific strategies to enhance service delivery, improve satisfaction, and ultimately grow revenue and GM.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on industry trends, client feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to review and improve account performance and profitability.
- Client Insights & Reporting:
- Regularly present client performance reports, revenue growth, and GM optimization to senior leadership.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with key account activities and financial metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the payor domain (health insurance, payer-provider models).
- Proven track record of driving revenue and improving gross margins in a client partner or account management role.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, payer operations, and financial performance metrics (e.g., claims processing, reimbursement models, cost control).
- Skills:
