The Lead Person will oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.

The Lead Person will oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to run medium to large-size projects effectively. Consistently complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 25 employees. Establish performance goals and motivate crews to consistently meet or exceed goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- Experience: Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program, six years (12,000 hours) or more of experience, and meets the position requirements.
