Responsibilities :
Scope of Work : The Electrical Project Foreman is accountable for providing leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.

- Leadership and Crew Management :
Lead and manage crews comprising lead persons / crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers.
Lay out project work and coordinate timely scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet project scope, budget, and schedule.
Review project documents, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
Maintain a Journeyman's license where required.
Supervise project labor, typically overseeing 25 employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
