Job Summary : Under the direction of an RN, the LPN provides physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions of care to patients and their families, including medical treatments, on a variety of rehabilitation and medically complex nursing units, as needed. LPNs are valuable members of the healthcare team at Gaylord Hospital and are exposed to a wide range of clinical experiences and skills.
Qualifications :
- Current CT LPN License required
- Patient care / Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS Certification required
WORK SCHEDULE : 24 hours, nights, 3 : 30 - 11 pm, including every other weekend and holiday

Lyman 2 & Hooker 2 : Specialty Units are CARF Accredited with a focused patient population :
