Job Summary: The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides direct patient care (evaluation and treatment).
- Performs appropriate written communication.
- Interacts professionally through clinical communication.
- Maintains state of the art training and education for job role.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or eligibility in Physical Therapy required
*Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
*Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required
*One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday
