The Occupational Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and functional status; devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency; regularly re-assesses plan efficacy, provides appropriate education to patients and families and progress patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in OT required
- Current CT OT license or eligibility required
- One (1) year of OT experience preferred
