We are looking for Pool Concierge to join our team here at Gaylord Texan this summer season. This position will be working outside at our Paradise Springs Water Park! Come have fun in the sun and help create wonderful memories for our guests!
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following job duties:
- Greet customers upon arrival and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience
- Checking all guests' bags to ensure no outside prohibited items are being brought in
- Checking in all reserved Chairs and Cabana Guests and provide elevated service while walking them to their designated area
- Providing customer service to an assigned section throughout the shift
- Assist with rolling towels
- Providing customer service to guests at Paradise Springs via Pool Hut
- Sell lockers, recreation activities and Kona Ice using a Micros Terminal
- Distribute Paradise Springs entry wristbands
- Manage chair and cabana rentals via ticketing system
- Support leaders with operational tasks, i.e. running drinks, food, bussing sections and cleanliness
**This position will start as early as the end of April and end Labor Day weekend. There will be opportunities to stay on permanently at the end of the season. Must 17 to be eligible to apply.
