Gazelle Transportation is looking for motivated professional who takes pride in their work to fulfill an open Logistics Specialist position with our amazing team!!

Pay starting at $24/hour; potential for increase depending on experience. Schedule will be discussed during an interview.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities; analyze and plan logistics support activities throughout work shift as needed.
• Develop an understanding of drivers and customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met with the most efficient plan.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customer, vendors, drivers, and key personnel.
• Focus on safe, reliable, and efficient customer service.

To apply and be considered, you must posses the following Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively verbally, via email, and through other ways of communication.
• 1 year transportation logistics experience (in oil field preferred) or equivalent customer service experience.
• General knowledge of transportation management software (TMS) or equivalent required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focusing on use of Outlook and Excel.
• Available to work flexible and extended hours when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality work, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
