Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative with strong administrative skills to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information, and resolving matters promptly.
- Assist customers with scheduling, service inquiries, and general support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive, professional interaction.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office tasks, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and assist with document preparation and processing.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management, ensuring the office is well-equipped.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and manage the company’s calendar.
- Communicate effectively with field staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Data Management:
- Update and maintain customer and service records accurately.
- Generate and manage reports for management, ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in business administration is preferred.
- 4 years of experience in customer service and/or office administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google apps and ability to learn a new Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the electrical trade is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.
