- Account Management : Maintain an average load of customer accounts daily, from initial setup to order follow-up through production and shipping.
- Professional Communication : Provide timely and accurate customer communications via telephone, email, and other platforms.
- Cost Estimation : Create manufacturing cost estimates using industry-specific software.
- Quoting : Generate formal quotes for customers.
- Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels based on established parameters.
- Collaboration : Liaise between Sales, Customers, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to meet customer needs.
