We are looking for an experienced Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Travel: Travel between Main Office (South Boston) and Branch Office (Allston) is required
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Process and record payments.
- Use Management Software to communicate with clients
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Mail Intake and processing
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Various tasks as assigned by Manager
- 5-Star Customer Service is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
