Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 benefits

Responsibilities
- Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Assist with lead generation activities to attract passive candidates
- Produce contracts and offer letters from various templates
- Participate in Social Media campaigns to raise awareness of our vacancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and assist with preparing reports and contract documents for HR-related activities
- Assist with other HR-related projects as assigned

Qualifications
Essential skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
Desirable skills
- Proficiency in using HR software
- Experience in utilisng social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ICIMS and ability to navigate through candidate databases
