Oversee Human Resources
As business office manager, you'll perform a variety of administrative and supervisory duties to ensure office operations run smoothly. You'll work under the direction of the company controller, handling the day-to-day operations of your office.
Facilitate Payroll
As business office manager you will make sure that employees receive their pay on time and that it is accurate through data entry, processing hours, and distributing checks.
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
The efficient flow of revenue is necessary to keep the company running, as the business office manager you will do this by processing the accounts receivable and account payable monitoring customer accounts. Experience with Command Alkon is desired.
Manage Inventory
The business office manager will ensure that material supplies data matches usage.
