Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant through effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. This position requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills to coordinate maintenance efforts and optimize equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on urgency and impact on production.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers to diagnose equipment issues and plan necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Oversee facilities management tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems, including low voltage and high voltage equipment.
- Familiarity with facilities management best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team and across departments.
- Ability to maintain organized records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
