Senior Marketing Specialist
The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to support GBA's markets and affiliates. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing pursuit efforts, maintaining and analyzing marketing data and providing direct support for market needs related to project opportunities, branding, events and programs. All job functions will be performed in alignment with GBA's overall strategy, vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement marketing strategies to align with marketing KPIs and company goals.
- Develop and tailor content for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) responses, including proofreading and editing.
- Provide strategic recommendations and guidance to elevate project pursuit responses.
- Create and produce high-quality, unique, creative deliverables for pursuits and other marketing purposes.
- Design and deliver high-end presentation materials for internal purposes and project pursuits.
- Support and guide technical teams in developing strategies during interview preparations.
- Define, develop and execute CRM strategies that support marketing, business development and sales goals.
- Educate internal teams on CRM best practices and insights to enhance business development efforts.
- Gather and write project descriptions and resumes to be maintained in the shared drive and CRM.
- Collaborate with corporate communications to provide information for press releases, social media, newsletters and e-blasts.
- Draft and edit content for the company website, campaign emails, social media, advertising, sales collateral, articles, testimonials, etc.
- Prepare award submissions, including writing, proofreading and editing.
- Ensure high-quality work through a thorough review and proofing processes.
- Proactively approach work, taking the initiative to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Protect and manage the GBA brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of AEC marketing, CRM management or related experience required.
- Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Cosential and knowledge of best practices for CRM-driven marketing.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent accuracy, timeliness and completeness in work performance.
- Positive attitude and responsiveness to feedback and requests.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

Salary : $72,600 - $89,800
