What You’ll Do

• Assist in Project Execution?– Support project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Implement Technical Solutions?– Apply risk management plans, optimize technical processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure Compliance?– Follow regulatory, safety, and industry standards in all technical tasks and procedures.

• Collaborate with Teams?– Work with multidisciplinary teams, contributing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Support Client Relations?– Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns.

• Contribute to Business Goals?– Assist in expanding market presence by applying technical knowledge and supporting strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Associate Degree OR equivalent industry experience

• 10 years of civil design experience, with a focus as technical lead or project lead

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.

Additional Requirements

Travel: Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder coordination.

Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
