We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Manager** to oversee our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 18 employees, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

### **Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and manage a team of 18 housekeeping staff

- Ensure all areas, including resident rooms and common areas, meet cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping staff to maintain proper staffing levels

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with facility policies and health regulations

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and restocking

- Address and resolve staff concerns, performance issues, and scheduling conflicts

- Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain a high-quality environment for residents

- Enforce safety procedures and infection control protocols

- Prepare reports and provide updates to management on housekeeping operations

### **Requirements:**

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols
