Currently hiring for our Insurance Billing Team. Please keep in mind this is an introductory level role and we will provide training. Those with more experience are still welcome to apply as offers commensurate with experience.
Tasks Include:
- Working with patients and insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Timely follow up with insurance companies regarding claim resolution
- Accurately communicating benefits or claims issues to patients
- Screening of claims to ensure accuracy
- Creating and sending appeals to insurance companies
- Resolving issues with claims before sending to insurance
- Collecting and entering payments from insurance companies and patients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year clerical/office work required
- Willingness to train and learn each day
- Strong customer service skills and excellent at working with a variety of clientele
- Comfortable answering phone calls live and talking to patients on the phone
- Ability to Multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Exercise good judgment
- Excellent computer skills with experience using Google Suite and electronic medical databases
- Must be a self-starter while also able to work as part of a team
