Our Graduate Level Provider Program features paid supervision hours with guaranteed in-house board certified supervisor and invitation to consultation groups dedicated to provisional license providers. Full time hours requirement to ensure you have adequate support while working to obtain independent licensure as an LCPC or LCSW-C. Must have active Maryland Board issued LGPC or LMSW license or be license eligible. Our new cohort has a few openings remaining across our Annapolis, Timonium, Glen Burnie, and Odenton offices.

Each of our providers design an optimal caseload size and specific work hours to best suit their individual needs and the needs of the practice. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and three evenings offering care until 8PM. See patients that match your clinical specialties and interests. Take advantage of opportunities to explore optional specialty programs, including LGBTQ affirming care, First Responders care, Trauma-informed treatment, Group Therapy, and Urgent Care services. Our robust EMR system is designed to reduce documentation and administrative burden via built in assessment tools, templated notes, patient portal communications, automatic appointment reminders, and remote access. Focus on clinical care and honing your skills while our trained support team members provide scheduling, insurance verification and billing, referral support, medical records requests, and other general office tasks.
