An Agency Account Manager for B2B marketing serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its business clients, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and fostering strong, strategic partnerships. This role blends client relationship management, client coordination, and strategic planning to drive client satisfaction and agency growth. - Serve as the day-to-day contact for your portfolio of accounts, building trust and delivering proactive communication that reinforces our role as a strategic partner.
- Translate client roadmaps into clear execution plans in coordination with our Project Managers - aligning tasks, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional ownership.
- Facilitate internal collaboration across creative, data, and ops teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Keep north star metrics, critical KPIs, and small wins front and center for clients - leveraging dashboards and other tools to provide visibility into progress between Quarterly Data Reviews.
- Monitor performance and client sentiment to identify and act on upsell or cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals.
- Lead quarterly data reviews that synthesize results, insights, and recommendations to deepen strategic alignment.
- Lead client onboarding, discovery sessions, and regular check-ins to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
- Anticipate client needs, address issues proactively, and offer solutions that balance client goals with agency resources.
- Minimum 3–5 years in account management or client services, in a marketing agency or fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Experience guiding digital marketing campaigns, content production, and marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong ability to connect dots between strategy and execution - creating clarity, solving roadblocks, and maintaining momentum.
- Excellent communication and organization skills - you’re calm, clear, and proactive.
- Comfort with marketing performance data, dashboards, and translating results into compelling client updates.
- Proficiency with marketing and project management software (CRM, analytics, collaboration tools).
- A collaborative mindset and a natural ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Salary Range: 60k-80k with commission commission opportunities
