Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Customer Success Specialist role at GBI located in New York or Savannah, GA, with the possibility of some remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, conducting customer support activities, maintaining effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
