Responsibilities
Account Management : Maintain an average load of customer accounts daily, from initial setup to order follow-up through production and shipping.
Professional Communication : Provide timely and accurate customer communications via telephone, email, and other platforms.
Cost Estimation : Create manufacturing cost estimates using industry-specific software.
Quoting : Generate formal quotes for customers.
Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels based on established parameters.
Collaboration : Liaise between Sales, Customers, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred).
Minimum 5 years of previous customer service experience (preferably in an industrial setting).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to learn industry-specific software
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
