We are looking for a talented, hard-working, and dedicated Dentist to help us serve the patients in the Baton Rouge community.

As a Fee-For-Service practice, we will be able to support the community & empower you to continue the legacy Dr. Mason has created and build upon the successful practices! We value dentists that are confident, flexible, and compassionate :

  • You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
  • A valid & active LA dental license that is in good standing, with 2 years of experience in General Dentistry.
  • A passion for providing comprehensive and quality dentistry.
  • Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Advanced Experience with Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Sleep Apnea, Ortho, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.

    • Fee-for-Service Practice :

  • Enjoy the benefits of a fee-for-service model without the constraints of contracts with insurance companies or Medicaid. Maximize your reimbursement potential without compromising on quality patient care.
  • Patient base consists of mostly adults. Opportunity to perform a wide array of dental services including implants, restoration and placement, veneers, bridges and crowns. New patients split equally between all doctors-new associates given equal opportunity to work on exciting, complex cases.

    • Comprehensive Support :

  • Enjoy a motivated support staff and an extensive patient base that averages over 100 new patients a month.
  • Savvy marketing program that utilizes targeted digital ads, social media, TV, exterior LED billboards
  • Mentorship from other experienced dentists on the things they don’t teach you in dental school!
