As a Renewal Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our consultants and brokers in delivering timely and accurate benefit renewal information, analytics reports, and decision support to employer clients.
This position is essential to the success of our mission and requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with carrier partners to gather employer benefit options and pricing, prepare illustrations, compare, and analyze benefit options for various product lines such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability coverages.
You will also assist brokers and client managers in analysis and presentation of benefit options to clients as necessary, and prepare and peer review claims experience reports for large employers. A strong understanding of company-specific tools and software systems is required, as well as knowledge of the local healthcare marketplace and carriers.
