Key Responsibilities
The Renewal Analyst will be responsible for leading the fully insured quoting process for employer clients of various sizes and industries. This includes working closely with carrier partners to gather employer benefit options and pricing, preparing illustrations, comparing, and analyzing benefit options for various product lines such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability coverages.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Renewal Analyst will assist brokers and client managers in analysis and presentation of benefit options to clients as necessary, and prepare and peer review claims experience reports for large employers. A strong understanding of company-specific tools and software systems is required, as well as knowledge of the local healthcare marketplace and carriers.
