Description
The Front Office Representative provides exceptional customer service and direction to clients and visitors as the first point of contact.
- Greet persons entering the establishment and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
- Direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct them to the correct departments.
Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high school degree are required.
