Client Service Specialist - Healthcare

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Client Service Specialist, where you'll act as the primary contact for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring satisfaction through all post-implementation phases. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client relationships and act as their advocate.
• Oversee account satisfaction, address issues proactively, and coordinate resolutions.
• Deliver expert knowledge, training, and support on GBS product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site assistance to enhance client success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• NextGen Certified Professional or certification upon initial training completion.
• Experience in client services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
