Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Seattle, WA , Missoula, Montana, Salt Lake City, Utah for a RF Maintenance Technician. The RF Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, installing and commissioning network equipment, conducting system testing and optimization, and ensuring overall network performance and reliability. Daily tasks will involve hands-on work with various tools and equipment, collaboration with other team members, and detailed documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Mandatory good fluent speak English
- Current Driver License from USA.
- Certificates OSHA 30 or OSHA 10, TTT-1
- Climber experience mandatory
- Good shape health
- Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment
- Skills in installing and commissioning network systems and equipment
- Ability to conduct system testing, optimization, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in technical maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington state, Montana or Utah. and surroundings.
- Relevant certifications in technical maintenance or a related field are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is preferred
