Position Title: Knowledge Manager
Location: Fort Shafter, Hawaii
Clearance Required: SECRET Clearance

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with supporting knowledge management operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems.
- Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary.
- Ability to travel quarterly into the Indo-Pacific region.
- Ability to install, configure, and operate workstation, telephony, video, and mobile hardware and software, including more established communications, such as sat phone, as required.
- Ability to resolve escalated teams and member issues quickly, efficiently, and within policy guidelines.
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of start date.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
- Ability to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined.
- Ability to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced international environment with culturally diverse groups.
- Ability to prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, drafts, and emails.
- Ability to maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
