GC Associates USA requires an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will oversee and ensure the successful execution of a Department of Defense (DoD) contract/task order. This individual will play a critical role in managing the administration, quality, schedule, cost, and personnel associated with the contract, ensuring that all objectives are met while maintaining high standards of performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage all administrative activities associated with the contract.
- Supervise managers and personnel in the execution of their duties and tasking, ensuring effective execution of contract requirements.
- Review and maintain the quality of technical work performed on the program to ensure alignment with contract deliverables and DoD standards.
- Monitor and assure the timeliness and quality of all work products produced under the contract.
- Oversee task and work planning, ensuring that all assignments are clearly defined and executed on schedule.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on task order performance and financial status to key stakeholders.
- Manage and control the contract's budget, schedule, and task execution to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within cost constraints.
- Manage relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring their work aligns with the overall objectives and quality standards of the contract.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline is required.
- Experience: At least six (6) years of experience managing DoD contracts/task orders. This experience should include ensuring the quality of products and services, managing schedules, cost control, business relations, and supervising personnel. The experience should also encompass the following responsibilities:
- Planning and directing administrative activities of the contract.
- Supervising personnel in the execution of assigned duties and tasking.
- Maintaining quality of technical work on the program.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely, high-quality work products.
- Task and work planning.
- Monitoring and reporting task order performance and financial status.
- Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Substitution of Experience for Education: If an individual does not meet both the desired education and experience qualifications, 10 years of professional technical activities related to managing a DoD contract/task order may be considered equivalent. Of those 10 years, at least six (6) should demonstrate management experience with DoD contracts, as outlined in the key responsibilities section above.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
