Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Basic Plus or Safety Essentials Certification (highly reccomended)
- TWIC Card
- Bilingual (Spanish & basic English)
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
