GC Realty & Development, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance work orders at single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing 3-5 maintenance work orders per day
- Performing everyday repairs, rental license requirements, section 8 fixes, and other tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service by being easy to work with, solving problems efficiently, and leaving customers with a remarkable experience
- Effective communication and collaboration with the dispatcher, manager, and team members
You will be the eyes and ears of the company, reporting back any issues or concerns. Your ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner is crucial to your success in this position.
