We are a growing residential property management company seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance work orders at single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings.
Qualifications

- A valid driver's license
- A reliable vehicle
- Your own tools
- Tech-savviness to use a smartphone and email
You will be responsible for completing 3-5 maintenance work orders per day, which may include everyday repairs, rental license requirements, section 8 fixes, and other tasks. Effective communication and collaboration with the dispatcher, manager, and team members are essential for this role.
You'll be the eyes and ears of the company, reporting back any issues or concerns. Your ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner is crucial to your success in this position.
