We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman and Maintenance Tech to join our Residential Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 3-5 maintenance work orders per day at single family, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings.
- Perform everyday repairs, rental license requirements, section 8 fixes, and other tasks as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with dispatcher, manager, and team members throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service by being easy to work with, solving problems efficiently, and leaving customers with a remarkable experience.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate: $23.00-$26.00
- Gas stipend: Up to $150.00 per week
- Annual performance bonus: Up to 5% of wages (effective 2025 calendar year)

- Paid time off: 10 days (accrued)

Requirements:
- Proven residential maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Your own tools
- Tech savvy enough to use a smartphone and email
Work Environment:
As a member of our team, you will start your day from home and receive dispatch instructions for your first job the night before. You will work independently, but communicate regularly with our team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
