Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account and product managers, tech leads, other testers, and other stakeholders to guide them with our process and deliverables
- Act as L1 technical support for partners who may need assitance with test cases and app concepts
- Check UI/UX, conduct functional testing for mobile app, and get logs
- Provide timely status updates and raise issues that may be critical
- file and investigate bugs, sees to it that these are raised to the proper channels for them to be fixed on time
- Conduct technical presentations for partner onboarding as the need arises
- Prepare and maintain technical guides, reports, or documentation for the team
- Create and maintain test automation scripts
