Job description Job Summary : The Processing Agent is an essential role for processing the harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. CORE JOB DUTIES Trimming, weighing, producing and packaging various forms of cannabis products including but not limited to pre-rolls, cartridges, and rosin.Grading and sorting processed materialWeighing and logging materialMaintaining a sanitary work environmentSafely transport products from workspace to storage areaEnsure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, food production or similar manufacturing; fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedureAbility to measure, package and label in a precise mannerAbility to maintain quality with repetitive assignmentsEffective time-management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environmentWorks well in a group environment ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older to applyMust comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focusFrequently required to walk, lift and / or move up to 50 pounds; use distance vision; depth perceptionOccasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and / or move up to 50 pounds; work in wet or humid conditions, in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particlesAvailable to work 45 hours per week and weekends when requested
