Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Assisting the Shop manager to Work on Fleet Vehicles, Small and large trucks. Diesel and Gas
- Following the shop Mangers daily task
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
