Overview
Allied Wire & Cable (AWC), a GCG Company, is currently hiring 2nd Shift Warehouse Cut & Strip Associate to join our growing team in Collegeville, PA! In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines to cut and strip wire/cable, performing quality control inspections, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.

- Review order tickets and set up machines using iPads according to ticket schematics
- Set up machines and monitor pieces that are produced to check for damages/discrepancies
- Conduct quality inspections of product using rules, calipers, and micrometers
- Use computers to complete paperwork
- Tin wire based on customer order specifications
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Attention to detail and ability to handle small wires and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and use measuring tools including rulers and calipers
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
