Customer Service Representative
Bema Incorporated, a recognized leader in the flexible packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers looking to place orders
- Work with warehouse and pre-press personnel for order accuracy and timely shipment
- Manage backorder / out of stock items
- Issue credits
- Track orders and packaging slips
- Follow up on order status with customer
- Prepare bill of ladings, warehouse shipment labels and billings each day
- Work with transportation companies to provide customer pickup and delivery dates
- Handle customer inquiries / complaints in a diplomatic, efficient, and knowledgeable manner
- Assist with miscellaneous projects, mailing, faxes, etc. as needed
- Participating member of the AIB Mock Recall team
Education and Experience :
Required Qualifications :
Starting salary is estimated at $50,000-$65,000 / yr. and is based on, among other things, a candidate’s experience, and qualifications. Bema offers a competitive compensation package including salary, bonus plan, paid vacation, 401K match and comprehensive health and life insurance options.
