We are looking for a highly motivated Program Integrator to join our team. This candidate, through collaboration with the Course Direction and Technical Training Instructors, translates customer intent into multi-year strategies, annual roadmaps, and course action plans. The TO/PI supports the preparation of customer officers for field work through planning and the daily execution of a multi-month training program. The work includes:
- Tracking course execution across milestones in preparation for decision points
- Designing and orchestrating workflows, business rules, processes, and SOPs
- Coordinating course scheduling using various customer mission planning tools
- Coordinating the scheduling and management of role-players
- Managing final exercise performance
As the TO/PI you will use your knowledge and experience to influence the next generation of technical officers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience serving in overseas assignments with the customer
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Education or Liberal Arts or more than 5 years of experience providing training or training support with the customer
- Demonstrated expertise with customer mission planning tools
- Familiarity supporting role-play as part of customer training, to include developing and supporting role-player schedules, course content development, and managing access to various customer facilities
- Demonstrated strong understanding of the technical operations officer capabilities and contributions across the customer mission space
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a technical officer in customer stations
- Experience working with multiple technical mission lines-of-business
- Experience teaching in the areas of adult learning
- Experience supporting unilateral technical operations and working with foreign partners
