WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Administrator to join our Corporate Accounting Team. This professional will have the opportunity to engage in a versatile role consisting of managing, maintaining, and optimizing our core finance applications to support the operational needs of our business. This position involves a blend of technical proficiency, problem solving skills, and collaborative teamwork. The position requires strong technical skills and making critical decisions. This position works closely with our IT, Accounting and FP&A teams. This position will report to the VP Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the subject matter expert and a primary contact for all NetSuite related activity.
- Maintaining and supporting NetSuite and integrated cloud-based applications (e.g., FinQuery), and play a fundamental role in the implementation of other financial systems such as payables and travel systems, account reconciliation system, intercompany set-up, etc.
- Responding to end-user requests and tickets, providing timely solutions aligned with best practices and business priorities.
- Customizing and configuring NetSuite to meet business requirements. Create new custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and saved searches as needed.
- Maintaining user access and roles, upholding appropriate segregation of duties within our systems.
- Working collaboratively across teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and integration issues.
- Developing comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and conducting user training sessions to foster user adoption.
- Assisting with data analysis, audits, and reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and work on projects as needed.
- Other duties, as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of related work experience. Experience at a large accounting or consulting firm providing accounting / auditing. NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
